Charities
The X Foundation very much believes that charity begins at home. However, we consider "home" to be the Earth, without reference to arbitrary human boundaries or superstitious division. We therefore endeavour to help causes at every level, from local community-based schemes right through to international campaigns.
Our main areas of concern are: Food & Shelter, Healthcare, Rehabilitation, Human Rights, Social Care, Education, Community Projects, and Environmental Sustainability. In the future, we hope to broaden our reach to include International Development, Disaster Relief, and Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
Through these categories we hope to address both traditional and emerging issues, some of which are largely neglected by existing grant-giving foundations, but which promise to have great impact on society. We are particularly keen to support small-scale organisations with innovative ideas. Our current supported charities are listed below. Clicking on the name of the charity will take you to a website containing more information.

We place great importance on good governance and transparent accounting. All of our supported charities have been vetted for these qualities, and most have won commendations or awards from organisations such as Intelligent Giving and The Charity Awards.
If you represent a registered charity with a turnover of less than £2.5m and would like to be considered for inclusion in our list, please get in touch. Please note that we do not engage with religious charities.
